SUMMARY

I am a self-motivated, detail oriented person with a strong understanding of the internet and marketing. I have worked for several High Tech Companies and Government Agencies in team environments as well as on my own. I am a good communicator, creative, and always looking to do bigger and better things to continuously improve myself. EXPERIENCE

Senior SharePoint Consultant at JRC LLC January 2016 – Present TS-SCI with CI Poly

Work as part of the Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) Communications Team to conceptualize, design and develop custom SharePoint sites at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Manage SharePoint 2013 sites and sub sites, gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and develop, deploy, and test applications to achieve goals and objectives on the JWICS system. Design custom SharePoint master pages and associated graphics. Design and produce marketing and training materials for intelligence courses in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Publisher. Code, test, identify, implement, and document technical solutions to business challenges utilizing web and related technologies. Knowledge Manager at Lockheed Martin December 2014 – January 2016

Developed a Knowledge and Information Management Plan for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Command Center (DCC) at Ft. Meade. Worked with DISA DCC customers and Cyber Forces knowledge managers both internally and laterally across the extended organization. Identified a Knowledge Management Working Group, Information Officers and requirements for future communication infrastructure where critical daily operations data and information would be stored based on operational requirements. Worked with clients to effectively translate a concept into a concrete production by designing web sites, marketing materials and corporate identities. Army Active Duty September 2009 – September 2012

Chief Operations Officer at 29 Combat Aviation Brigade September 2011 - September 2012: Directed, supervised and coordinated overall daily tracking of unit training and flight missions for 5 battalions with over 2,500 Soldiers and 100 aircraft. Prepared weekly situational reports and briefing scripts for senior leadership. Supervised current operations staff of 20 Soldiers. I also served in Iraq as the brigade liaison officer to the 25th Infantry Division in support of Operation New Dawn and as the brigade Liaison officer to Army Central Command (ARCENT) headquarters in Kuwait.

Aviation Action Officer at National Guard Bureau December 2010 - September 2011: Worked with both Aviation and Mobilization and Readiness Divisions synchronizing aviation mobilization actions for Operations Enduring Freedom, New Dawn and the Balkans. Developed key products for Director, ARNG and other senior leaders to enhance their situational awareness and support decision making during the highest deployment period of aviation assets in the history of the Army. Maintained communication with 29th CAB Staff and worked their issues while informing senior ARNG leadership on issues affecting ARNG aviation units mobilizing for deployment. Dealt with constantly evolving mission requirements and both initiated and managed mobilization order requests and subsequent amendments to ensure they met requirements. Worked collaboratively with USF-I and USFOR-A and managed the resolution of Aviation mobilization and deployment issues with HQDA, FORSCOM, First Army, and other NGB divisions.

S1 Personnel Officer at Maryland Army National Guard September 2009 - December 2010: Responsible for the management of personnel readiness of the Brigade consisting of two battalions and three separate companies with over 1000 Soldiers. Provided guidance on personnel family member affairs, financial matters, and career considerations. Maintained synchronized coordination with the S3 (plans) and S4 (logistics) sections for personnel status. Also responsible for officer and enlisted promotions, evaluations, transfers, separations, and the Brigade awards program. Planed and coordinated retirement, promotion and change of command ceremonies and other special events. Developed a new Soldier welcome packet and aviation specific recruiting materials to support the commander's retention and recruiting program. Supervised 12 Soldiers.

Marketing Project Manager at Data Systems Analyst, Inc. January 2009 - September 2009

Developed a marketing campaign and supporting marketing materials for web 2.0 technologies for the Army Team C4ISR contract. Tasks included writing a detailed marketing campaign plan, developing a marketing campaign briefing, and designing and developing marketing materials to support campaign efforts. The marketing campaign centered on a single, core strategy that had an overarching objective: Increase overall usage of the Knowledge Management suite of collaboration tools. Ultimately, the strategy became a hub around which all the marketing activities rotated. These activities included a press kit, trade show schedule and display, articles and advertisements for magazines, web site, and standard briefing template for training, briefings and product demonstrations. Briefed senior management and the client on the marketing plan efforts and prepared weekly update reports.

Command Marketing Manager at Maryland Army National Guard May 2008 - January 2009

Developed marketing/recruiting initiatives for the 29th CAB. Duties included serving on recruiting and retention board, designing and developing online presence for the Brigade, and developing supporting marketing materials. Most notably I worked with the Maryland Aviation Administration to design a cover for their 2009-2010 Maryland Airport Directory and aeronautical chart. A total of 13,000 directories were printed with distribution to 36 public use airports and 31 other general aviation airports. Additionally, directories were handed out at several fly-ins across the state of Maryland and shipped to the EAA Fly-In at Oshkosh Wisconsin, one of the largest air shows in the world. I also attended and graduated from the Army Aviation Captains Career Course at Ft Rucker, AL during this time.

Manager, Web Design and Marketing at Perpetual Enterprise Partners October 2007 - April 2008

Manager of the 'HR Marketing Services' division of the company and was responsible for all web design and marketing programs conducted. Tasks included designing and producing collateral materials including brochures, fliers, annual reports, invitations, newsletters, and other print and web-based communications. Re-designed the corporate brand to include business cards, brochures, marketing materials and web sites. Managed project timelines, worked as part of the business development team, researched perspective RFQ's, wrote sections of proposals related to web design, and created graphics for proposals.

Multimedia Branch Chief at National Guard Bureau November 2004 - September 2007

Served as the Multimedia Branch Chief in charge of the national image of the Division. Lead a team of 7 personnel to execute an $800,000 yearly budget and was responsible for the design and development of the Division brand that included producing videos, designing web sites, layouts for brochures, posters, briefings, designing and staffing a traveling display for 20+ events per year, and editing and distributing a quarterly magazine. Trained as a Contract Officer Representative (COR) to manage contracts worth over $200k. Also served as the Army Aviation Logistics Officer and was responsible for managing Aviation operations and planning for the Reconnaissance Aerial Interdiction Detachments.
