Professional Summary:

I have close to 16 years (almost 15 with the same employer) of top performing sales experience in various roles within financial services. As a benefit of being self-motivated, driven by a passion to increase my knowledge and productively, I have consistently far exceeded employer established goals. I have advanced certification and knowledge of retirement services, including employer retirement plans, IRAs and retirement planning. From my sales experience, licensing and ongoing education I also have a comprehensive understanding of investment, insurance and retail bank products. I have been involved in creating procedures, training others, developing various marketing materials and have made significant contributions to the development of different departments. I have experience at collaborating with teammates within the bank, affluent clients of the bank, as well as influential points of contact outside the bank. Much of what I have accomplished has been on my own initiative, in an effort to create awareness and to achieve successful results for myself and my employer. Work History:

SunTrust Banks Inc. October 2001-Present

Department: Rollover Solution Center -Assistant Vice President (two different positions occupied) December 2008-Present Position: Retirement and Rollover Specialist June 2014 – Present (This position will be discontinued as of 8/31/16) Responsibilities: Within the SunTrust Rollover Solution Center, I’m currently providing solutions to 401(k) plan participants with their retirement savings. Among my responsibilities are to help participants better understand their employer’s plan by interpreting their plan’s documents and explaining features of their plans, such as permissible rollover contributions, their plan’s investment choices, the vesting schedule of their employer’s match and rollover options out of their plan. My primary objective is to help participants better organize their retirement savings. This includes assisting them with rolling over from their other retirement accounts into their employers plan’s managed by SunTrust or after they leave their employer, assisting them with rolling over into an IRA with SunTrust. This involves incoming calls and proactively making outbound calls. By consistently producing top performing sales results I have continued to demonstrate that I can prioritize my time effectively by following up diligently with several lead sources and in engaging with many people at any given time. I work closely with SunTrust Investment Services Financial Advisors and SunTrust branch teammates.

Accomplishments: In 2014, despite transitioning into this position mid-year, I finished 190% of my sales goal, which was the highest percentage over goal when compared with others in my department. In 2015, which was my first full year at this position, I led the team with rollovers, retained $21.2 million in assets and I finished 175% of my overall sales goal, just 1% behind the leader. Despite the fact that there was no sales incentive for this position in 2016, I was far exceeding my sales goals by over 180% YTD and was on pace to be a top performer again. Position: Retirement and Financial Services Specialist December 2008 – May 2014 Responsibilities: This was a startup position that I developed into a very successful role within the SunTrust Rollover Solution Center. My primary focus was incoming rollovers, which is providing assistance with rolling over/transferring outside retirement (qualified) assets into their employer’s 401(k) plan or brokerage IRA account with SunTrust Investment Services. I developed this process into what became referred to as "Incoming Rollover Services." I was also able to use my experience and knowledge of banking to encourage our plan participants to take action on other products or services that SunTrust Bank offers. I took the initiative to collaborate with product specialist throughout all the lines of business of the bank (including Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Mortgage, and others.) At any given time I would normally manage in excess of 100 leads, which I very productively followed up on with award winning results.
