This support including writing 2 White Papers to explain to the customers complex technical issues like storage relief and connectivity.

The connectivity White Paper was on the subject of DB2 Connect. It was a 55-page White Paper to aid customers in installing and customizing DB2 Connect V8 on z/OS V8 and was entitled:

This White Paper was very well received by customers because it reduced their install time.
