Act as controller for multiple hotel properties to connect the hotel accounting team, owners, and hospitality management company.

Produce financial reports on a daily, quarterly, and yearly schedule.

Implement compliance procedures and protocol throughout company.

Implement strategic marketing plan to retain first position on Google search pages, secure media contracts to target specific markets, and generate content across all social media avenues, newsletter campaigns, and specific content to emphasize company functions.

US Hotel and Asset Management, CEO (01/2009 – 10/2016)

Developed commercial real estate projects including land development, brownfield projects, schools, and alternative fueling infrastructure on behalf of prominent investors.

Constructed, opened, and managed 61-room Holiday Inn Express in Bentleyville PA. Constructed, opened, and managed 86-room Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham in Washington PA. Managed and renovated 83-room Best Western Garden Inn in Bentleyville PA. Purchased, renovated, and managed 187-room full bar and banquet Holiday Inn in Monroeville PA.

Spearheaded the construction and opening of the Energy From US (EFUS) compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling station

Created and managed Shale Energy Institute (SEI) which offers CDL Class A certification along with specialized natural gas training.

Acted as Director of Shale Energy Institute while creating curriculum, managing budgets and administering compliance procedures from the Pennsylvania State Board of Education.

Shale Media Group, CEO (10/2008 – 10/2016)

Expanded website reach to include every major shale play across the country and world to manage 65+ websites dedicated to American energy security and the international shale gas energy industry.

Created and integrated marketing system to receive over 10 million hits per month collectively through social media, original content, video creation, and data push systems.

Created and hosted two live radio programs called The Marcellus Shale and You and All Energy Now which appeared on Pittsburgh NewsRadio 1020 KDKA and 23 syndicated radio stations across PA, OH, WV, and NY.

Managed and created the Elite Energy Events brining over 3,000 people together per year.

Moderated multiple panel discussions focusing on the legal and regulatory parameters of the burgeoning oil and gas industry in PA, OH, WV and NY.

Acted as master of ceremonies and keynote speaker to multiple award programs and Conferences.
