Fidelity offers Managed accounts all over the business units in retail Organization PAS-P and in workplace it’s PAS-W. Investors hire a Managed account provider to take all of their assets and professionally manage it so that they can sign up for the service and know it’s going to be managed by investment professional on ongoing basis. Fidelity does not have offering for independent financial institution market. Fidelity never offered Managed account service externally, it’s always was part of Fidelity core offering. Fidelity PAS_IRK is originated with the desire to help participants meet the retirement goals by offering Managed account services integrated in IRK (Relius, Schwabs etc…) core solution.

The Fees and Billing Engine (FBE) will be a standalone fee engine that aims to support the fees and billing processes for PAS-IRK product, it will be adaptable to other managed accounts of the future.
