Bachelor Degree in Social sciences.

Secondary school education certificate.

2012-2014 worked with the social fund for development for two years as a field officer

2000-2005 worked as a radio operator with the government of Yemen.

My duties with the Social fund for development are the follo

Organize visits and trips to work field

Work under the supervision of the high office.

Responsible for the documentation and file keeping.

Follow up on reports from project monitoring team to ensure timely delivery of reports.

Write and submit monthly report and other reports as required by line manager.

Prepare weekly and monthly working plans for activities in the field.

Conduct field monitoring missions.

Carry out daily project monitoring.

Participate in the activities planning according to the expected progress of the project.

Follow up the activities progress and write relevant reports.

Propose solutions or improvements to ensure the smooth running of the project.

Hold project orientation sessions for beneficiaries.

Distribute vouchers among project registered beneficiaries.

Sign on beneficiaries vouchers.

Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the project officer.

Carry out monitoring and evaluation activities, data collection, data entry, and discussions with the beneficiaries.

Supervise the daily workers.

Provide regular reports and progress made, main challenges/constraints faced and recommend corrective actions.

Carry out daily visits to the facilities and report any anomalies or problem.

My Duties as a Teacher:

Teach high school students in English language subject with excellent teaching skills.

Perform steady goals on how to get the students to understand the lesson well.

Encourage students to share in class lessons during period’s times.

Get the students aware of how to understand the questions and answer them with correct ways.

Follow up on day-to-day student’s homework.

Observe and monitor children for signs and the main caregiver to children outside the family context.

Ensure that arrangements are in place to protect children and young people from harm.

Follow up on absent-students-sheet, and make decisions according to excessive absence.

Have the students enrich their memory with new vocabulary.

I also taught evening classes in physics subject for high school students, who planned to improve their understanding and comprehension on physics.

Suggest a monthly competition among students by making an exam to help the students revise and memorize their previous-taught lessons and gain further knowledge's.

Raise awareness among students about integrity, honesty, truthfulness, and discuss with them the bad consequences of bad behavior.

Guide the students to right manner and behavior and motivate them to apply moral principles in all life dealings.

Create proper solutions for problems and difficulties facing the students in their learning sphere

Duties as a social worker

Pay attention to the needs of children that may be at risk of abuse

Take an early prompt action when necessary to protect children

Aware of the signs, symptoms and possibilities of children neglect and abuse

Spread awareness among community members about children protection and abuse

Respond to in a supportive manner to families where children welfare is under threat

Take care to sensitive information recording and storing to any suspected abuse

Enhance gender equality among community members

Work closely with community members to ensure enhancement and performance of CP issues

Work alongside with families to come to safe and evidence based judgment of CP issues.

Ensure protection of children, women and girls through holding awareness sessions and timely management of GBV cases.

Ensure coordination with the main service providers in the area of intervention for information sharing.

Monitor the movements and needs of the IDPs in the community.

Monitor protection concerns such as right violations(GBV), discrimination and exclusion among IDPs in a manner that protects the safety and dignity.

Participate in household’s assessments and community kevel assessments to ensure better assistance to IDPs.

Identify and report people who in specific need and help.

Respond to crisis situation such as children abuse.

Help the community identify and address their issues and come up with creative solutions.

Help the community to leverage outside resources to help in achieving their goals.

Give an indication of risks at the population level.

Facilitate trainings, focus group discussion’s, courses and awareness sessions on child protection issues; work with community members including children, families and local representatives to active involvement in Child Protection (CP) programs and increase knowledge about key CP issues
