Integral member of a small three member team tasked with conceptualizing, developing and implementing a business plan for a company’s Scheduled Service initiative which was evaluated and approved by the Board of Directors. Primary responsibilities included:

o Market research, including analyzing trends, current, and projected traffic and fare, as well as the economic vitality and outlook of select markets

o Route planning with consideration of the Company’s strategic direction and goals; maximum revenue opportunities; market conditions and forecasts; the Company’s current and planned authorities and certifications; physical capabilities of the fleet; current competition & likely competitive reaction; etc. o Negotiations with airport management teams, as well as local & state government officials to obtain most favorable incentive program and marketing support

o Develop Company’s product in coordination with Senior Management and operational departments within the organization

o Worked with critical departments within the organization to implement the approved business plan, including Legal; Accounting/Finance; IT; Flight Operations; Ground Operations; In-Flight Service; Maintenance; and Safety and Security

o Identified, negotiated and contracted needed external support services from select vendors where in-house resources were insufficient, i.e. reservations platform and airport DCS support systems; reservations and customer service call center, credit card processor; DOT filings and the management of escrowed funds; media firm for creative design, media buys, and the management of social media; third party ancillary products

(hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages); cargo sales and service; etc. o Developed and implemented sales initiatives’ to maximize revenue opportunities, including travel agent wholesale tour operator commission programs for select international markets; block seat agreements; sales missions; trade shows and conferences; community events and promotions; community speaking engagements; strategic partnerships with preferred vendors and convention and visitors bureaus; etc.

Responsible for 79% increase in year over year UK MOD revenues, 34% increase in year over year Canadian DND revenues, and established a new, active relationship with the UK Border Agency, generating $2.2M in new revenues for 2011, and $5.2M for 2012.
