DVDXpress is a leading owner and operator of over 2000 automated DVD rental systems in the US, United Kingdom and Assisted Start in Australia.

Director of R&D / Field Director

Responsibilities :

– Head of Research and Development Engineering for new kiosk stability and new game system design.

– Designed a new Banner Kiosk which produces banners for any occasion.

– Manage all Technicians, repairs and kiosk rebuilds.

– Manage company's Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

• Re-sourced a principle motor, bringing cost down from $250 per unit to $60 per unit and with improved quality. On-going net annual savings are over $300,000.

• Created / wrote the complete User Manuals for all kiosks as well as computer system applications to be used by Techs in the field.

The New Release (Now Blockbuster Express) Atlanta, GA 2006–2007 The New Release is a company that owned and operated DVD rental kiosks. They were subsequently bought out by NCR, then Redbox. Director of Operations - Northeast Atlanta

Responsibilities :

– Director of Service Operations for 400 kiosks within Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee.

– Travel Upgrade Manager handling all system upgrades for the kiosks around the country. Accomplishments :

• Directly managed 450 employees.

• Created / wrote manuals for the kiosks in use in field for all technicians.
