- Looks for possible staff house and hospital for pre-employment medical requirement;

- Secure manpower loading from Construction Manager and coordinates with Control Dept.

Regarding subcontractors if there’s any;

- Takes charge in recruitment and deployment of needed manpower;

- Encodes of Master list in the absence of project admin assistant, insurance application,

and pre-employment medical schedule;

- Issues project hired employees’ employment contract / expired employment contracts of

Staff / workers for signing;

- Coordinates with utility helpers of office / staff house regarding status of office pantry and

Staff house;

- Attend weekly PMT meeting and staff monthly meeting;

- Encodes log in/out attendance report of staff for submission to H. O. / Project Accounting

Department;

- Checks month end reports for DOLE establishment report & MER / SSS, HDMF, Philhealth

remittances;

- Provides constant manpower / human resources feed back to the Admin project administrator on the developments and concerns of the project and the steps taken, if any;

- Issues Disciplinary Action to Project hired employees and makes sure that Company

Policies and Procedures are being followed at all times and

- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
