• Utilized time domain trend analyses to exam factors associated with long-term, short-term and intermittent use of the syringe exchange program.

• Built ANOVA and logistic regression univariate and multivariate models to study how patterns of use have changed over time.

• Queried big dataset from National Cancer Institute and resampled data to reduce the number of sample from 7051 to 983 to study prognostic factors for stomach cancer by R and SAS according research requirements.

• Produced data aggregations (descriptive statistics, correlation coefficients, and visual display of aggregated data) to explore the demographics of 983 patients.
