Clearance Pricing Automation: - The current clearance price management system which involves manual activities and semi-automated clearance process would be redeveloped into new TPA-II which is based on Oracle, ATG Framework with the minimal manual interventions and automated clearance schedule. TPA-II online application will have the look and feel similar to that of the existing TPA-I application. Competitive Pricing: - Current competitive pricing process / tools are manual and not scalable to Target.com assortment goals. To enable the ability for automating competitive pricing comparisons using Rival Watch for getting price information of items in competitors’ web sites and allowing the efficient upload of those prices and providing visibility to price differences to adjust pricing strategy accordingly. This will enable consistently competitive pricing based on the market in participating categories. TPA-I enhancements: - Current TPA-I application doesn’t provide facility to search the promotions containing a specified item. Along with that, there is a business need for modifying access for Pricing Ops users for better handling Buyer Driven promotions and to enable Site Marketing planners to create Widget Guidelines extending beyond a week. To implement these features, the TPA-I application would be enhanced and implemented along with TPA-II development
