Troubleshooting and repair of multiple tool sets, for RF, pressure, pneumatics, coolant water flow, chamber temp, wafer movement, tool process issues, tool programing issues. For example, Co-designed and engineered a special tool for the removal of the diode rectifier networks in the ETO rack for the HDP tool set.

Performed preventative maintenance on various semiconductor manufacturing equipment ( 300 mm CVD, 200mm HDP, Tel Etch, LAM Auto Etchers), also very involved in upgrading HPM maintenance, which has helped reduced PM time on CVD, and Sola tools by 20%.

In which I design test criteria, data collection, and performed testing of the various O-rings. With a cost saving of 450,000 dollars a year.

Designs and implemented safety handles for the sides of 300mm CVD tool set, which were adopted by the virtual factory.

Wrote safety training material for the removal and replacement of numerous heavy or hard to get to pieces of equipment, and wet cleans on the 200mm HDP, 300mm CVD.

Performed spec/check list editing, and created various check list. Rewrote wet clean procedures and check list for 300mm CVD tool set.

Using various data charts and SEMEDX data to analyze product tool data for, particle, dielectric thickness, etch rate issues to identity trending, and dog tool, Then Designing troubleshooting game plans for repair of trending or failing tool, on 300mm CVD, 200mm HDP, and Tel Etcher.
