Project consisted of construction of a concrete bridge over a waterway. Bridge consisted of 22 piers with footing columns and pier cap constructed over concrete filled steel 30” piling, driven 150’ deep. Girders were AASHTO Florida Bulb T-72” and T-78” with average span length of 117’. Main span length of 220’,formed by post tensioning five AASHTO T-78” Girders. Oversaw the full administration of construction, including procurement of materials, personnel and equipment to perform all work activities. TARGET ENGINEERING S.E. 2004 - 2006 Contact: 787-***-**** Managed construction of several multi-million dollar projects located on the south of the island. Projects included Guanica Waste Water Treatment Plant and Guanica City Hall Site Improvements. WWTP construction of several concrete buildings, foundation, steel tanks, pipes, pumping stations, concrete piling, cofferdams, deep excavation and other incidental work. Wastewater Treatment Plant was under bid by 20% due to a plan oversight and had a short timeframe for construction. Tightly managed expenditures and identifying several inconsistencies in the contract drawings, led to change orders and time extensions. Project was subsequently completed without losses. Guanica City Hall Site Improvements was an ongoing project that was behind schedule when assigned. Relocated all overhead utilities (telephone, electricity and cable) underground. Managed improvements to the sewer, water, streetlights, landscaping, sidewalks, streets and stage area. Reorganized the workforce and successfully corrected construction deficiencies; accelerated construction and closeout of the project without liquidated damages. Within 30 days was able to prepare payment breakdown and progress schedule (CPM) and have it submitted and approved. Key Achievement: Implemented an accelerated work schedule and within six months project was back on schedule, all subcontracts were negotiated and in progress, all materials were submitted and approved, and material supplier buyouts were completed. Stayed on after ninth month as a consultant for the CPM review and ongoing construction claims. Contract was satisfactory completed and several claims of time extension and differential site conditions were satisfactory negotiated.

DEL VALLE GROUP S.E. 1995 - 1997 Contact:787-***-**** Managed four Project Managers and several General Supts. In the performance of multiple projects totaling over $35M in annual revenues. Projects consisted of earthwork, asphalt and concrete pavements, roads, drainage pipes, bridges, piling, pipe work, MSE Walls, etc..
