Responsible for overall leadership of business merger of a complex diversified power electronics supplier to Navy, Army and USMC markets, automobile and international commercial nuclear markets into one cohesive business. Focus on improved customer relationships, Quality enhancements, Lean Implementation and focused alignment of business strategy, employee engagement and accountability.
