Additional responsibilities to Contracts Administration, assisted Purchasing Agents, Accounts Payable, and other Dynegy departments in updating the Accounts Payable Vendor Database. Scanned and saved vendor contracts and other vendor support documentation. Primary objectives: Ensuring that all vendor information was correct and up-to-date, to ensure incoming vendor invoices were paid on time, and storing contracts for immediate access.

Sole Contracts Administrator responsible for all supplier updates.

Updated, on a daily basis, the information of approximately 25 existing suppliers in the Accounts Payable database (PSF). Reviewed all incoming information for accuracy, avoiding payment delays, error, and re-work.

Processed requests to add new suppliers to the Accounts Payable database (PSF). Reviewed all incoming information for accuracy.

Saved/stored in the electronic Document Repository (ECMS), all new and updated information, executed contracts, and supporting documentation of all suppliers.

Maintained the ECMS system by reviewing for expired contracts, and by adding new supporting documentation; amendments and exhibits, proof of insurance, safety certificates, etc.

Wrote the Procedures Manual on all my duties. Trained a Temp Clerk to assist in all areas.

Managed expansion of the supplier database to accommodate 41 new Dynegy power plants since 2011.

Facilitated the contracts-approval process by assisting Dynegy purchasing agents and attorneys. Interfaced with outside vendors(suppliers). Primary objectives were: reviewing contract drafts, red-lining for possible problems, incorporating agreed-upon wording/terms changes, preparing the final execution copies, requesting signatures, storing the final documents in electronic form, serving as the document custodian of the hardcopies.
