Additional responsibilities to Contracts Administration, assisted Purchasing Agents, Accounts Payable, and other Dynegy departments in updating the Accounts Payable Vendor Database. Scanned and saved vendor contracts and other vendor support documentation. Primary objectives: Ensuring that all vendor information was correct and up-to-date, to ensure incoming vendor invoices were paid on time, and storing contracts for immediate access.
Sole Contracts Administrator responsible for all supplier updates.
Updated, on a daily basis, the information of approximately 25 existing suppliers in the Accounts Payable database (PSF). Reviewed all incoming information for accuracy, avoiding payment delays, error, and re-work.
