Lean six sigma – Project for Waste Reduction in Cell phone Manufacturing Company to reduce the manufacturing waste steps and improve the yield of process & at the same time improving the Quality of the product produced by applying Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Conveyor Belt Project - Utilized MS Project to manage product life cycle for conveyor belt project & Constructed WBS, network diagram, resolved resource allocation problem, conducted risk assessment & risk response matrix, generated budget, quarterly cash flow statement & summary report to complete the project with Time & Resource constraints & with All Attention to Details.
Project on Simulation & Optimization – Created a Graphical Simulation model Using Witness software to increase the production of the silicon wafers used for generating electricity and successfully achieved the target of 0.75 Megawatts per month of production target.
AGRS (Automated Gum Removal System) - Designed & Developed a system that can autonomously detect and remove chewing gum from Sidewalks in an urban environment.
Inter-arrival time analysis project: Conducted real world data analysis and calculated the inter-arrival times for a sequence of events and used it to perform statistical chi-square tests.
