●As the SAP Superuser, trained all Endusers including management in SAP training, before, during & after GO-Live of the SAP implementation of the mill.
●Created a SAP manual of all procedures to be used in the mill including "Plan B" procedures to be used when SAP system is not functioning due to emergency situations.
