to, working on the manufacturing floor directly with the supervisors, engineering,schedulers, and operators. I was

over$30M during my tenure. Technical Machining is a steel stamping company with a large tool and die shop and steel

Alro purchased Technical Steels after the owner announced he was going to

retire. I had P&L and sales responsibilities for the Tulsa plant. I managed 22

employees in the specialty metals division. As the Regional Sales Manager, I

remained over the Tulsa plant, assumed the St. Louis plant, and was

responsible for managing the sales force for the Mid-South region. There was

continuous growth in both revenue and positive net profits during my tenure.
