o Installation and commission of 3470m of 300mm to 1000mm sewer pipes. o Installation and commissioning of 46 Manholes with RC piling, chamber rings and associated accessories. o Installation and commissioning of 6 Vortex drop with piling and associated accessories. DESCRIPRION OF EARTH WORKS:
o Demolish, clear and disposed of all existing structures, trees, tree roots, shrubs, bushes, vegetation, debris of any kind to an approved refuse incineration plant or disposal site complying with the requirements of the National Environment Agency and other competent Authorities. o Excavate whatever materials to the proposed platform level including levelling and compaction with 10-tonne rollers, formation of embankment and related works. o Load, transport and fill the suitable excavation materials to proposed platform levels within the excavated cut-site, levelling and compaction.
o Load, transport and disposal of suitable excavation materials (good earth 1,200,000 tonne, soft clay 170,000 tonne) off-site to Changi Staging Ground (CSG).
o Load, transport, fill, leveling and compaction to proposed platform level in layers with 10-tonne roller, including Page 2 of 3
formation of embankment with suitable good earth (provision quantity 200,000 m3) from Yishun N6 to Yishun N4 fill site.
o Load, transport and disposal of unsuitable excavation materials unacceptable for filling within cuts and fill sites and Changi Staging Ground including boulders and debris to approved disposal site. o Construct and maintain precast channel, drains, sumps, temporary access and laying of spot turfing. RESPONSIBILITIES AS RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER:
o Carry out site supervision and inspection of the Civil and Structural works. o Checked drawings/documents and reported on discrepancies along with making necessary arrangements of revised approved drawing/document.
o Keep record of list of drawings issued, instructions given by consultant/contractor, materials received, inspection and test reports.
o Ensure all works are carried out as per approved construction drawings, shop drawings, method of statement and complies with the general and technical specifications of authority requirement. o Preparation and submission of daily and monthly progress report. o Monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately. o Record all variations as instructed or approved by Architect / Engineer as well as to verify claims submitted by Contractors.
