Overview: Manage and supervise all aspects of operating day to day Residential Group Home for High Risk Individuals (defined as having at least one of the following: a safety risk to self, others, objects and/or community) of all ages staffed at a 1:1, 2:1 and 1:2 ratio to client assisting with daily living activities. Assist and perform internal work which involves executing state and organizational compliance. Assist in review and planning processes that ensure the most cost worthy and low risk operations of organizational needs.
