Over 25 years of working with the public in various endevours. I am highly organized, work well

Experience:
2011-2016: Sensory Panelist, Ingredion Corporation.
Testing and rating products from all over the globe for attributes before manufacturing. The results of
the testing is used as quality control for manufactures using starch in their products. Responsibilities
included sample preparation for panel, daily setting up room, before and after panel, help the panel
leader if needed, inputting of data after testing,organization of lab logs, organization of room, cups, etc
for training, logging and marking incoming samples, use of compusense cloud.
2004-2010: Travel Agent, AAA Mid-Atlantic.
Travel agency sales using Apollo, to sell and book air, cars, hotels, cruise and trains. Customer service
in dealing with both walk in business, as well as heavy incoming calls. Both domestic and international

Trafalgar, etc. Proficient in arranging FIT for travelers upon request.
2001-2004: Receptionist: Affiliates in OB/GYN.
Front desk services, insurance input, triage calls, take messages, filing, making appointments, daily
bookkeeping, coverage of other offices needing assistance. Also helped in the mammography center in
an as needed coverage.
