Regional HR Manager:
Direct and coordinate on an efficient and economical basis all Human Resource activities for all 6 locations in our Division. I also have HR responsibilities for another 25 Commercial Services employees, as well as the 82 Media employee group.
Major Responsibilities:
Report directly to Director of HR in Dallas, TX.
Now handling all HR for Media and Commercial Services groups in East CAO (Commercial & Advertising Operations).
All day to day employee relations duties for East CAO.
Enforcement of all policies/procedures for East CAO.
Coordinate manpower requirements, etc. for East CAO.
Maintain all hourly/salary personnel records for East CAO.
Introduce all Corporate Initiatives and programs to all associates in Division.
Advise on all Year End Performance Reviews.

Plant Manager/HR Manager: (St. Louis Screw & Bolt Division a union plant) (5/01 – 4/02)
Managing the day to day operations of the entire facility located in St. Louis, MO, and the Human Resource department. Responsible for 63 employees at this location.
Director of HR: (Cleveland City Forge a non-union plant & St. Louis Screw & Bolt Division) (9/00 – 5/01). Responsible for the Human Resource activities of the two plants: 3 HR Department employees
Major Responsibilities for both plants:
* All hiring: salary/hourly for both locations.
* All day to day employee relations duties for both locations.
* Enforcement of all policies/procedures for both locations.
* Coordinate manpower requirements and reductions in force for both locations.
* Maintain all hourly/salary personnel records for both locations.
* Maintain all hourly/salary medical records for both locations.
* Dealing directly with all union grievances at St. Louis facility.
* Responsible for monthly plant meetings at Cleveland facility to hear employee concerns.

- Program Development. Able to develop and implement specialized employee improvement
programs from concept through completion of detailed, consistent systems.

employee/consultant selection through interviewing and networking. Able to motivate and

- Successfully designed, developed and implemented a 1000 hour Operator Skills Upgrade
program that improved employee process skills and performance, operational training and
quality. Training program was completed under budget. Applied for, received and implemented
OITP Training Funds for maintenance and production training. ($242,000 in four years).
