C&D Cabin and Structures division; cabin interior update project for Embraer E2-190. Developed new injection molded window shade design with attachments and shade guide, for main cabin and exit doors. Complex surfacing for composite panel development in several areas of the cabin, with considerations for DFM and structure. Compound curvature aft sidewall window panels and filler panels. Redesigned ICD brackets for ceiling panels, redesigned fwd and aft transition ceiling panels. Complex sheet metal brackets for unique ICD points. Curtain tracks, associated attachment brackets and 3D features for panels. Unique service door ceiling panel, for E2-175 configuration. Developed injection molded dado panels for contoured aft section of cabin, molded attachment brackets and baffle clips. Bombardier Aerospace, Montreal, QC Mechanical Systems Integrator (Interiors) Dec 2013 to October 2014

Primarily responsible for Window shades integration into Global 7000/8000 platform. Organizing all aspects of development for the window shades, with suppliers and various BA internal departments. Review and approve ICD’s, specification documents, 3D models, ECM communication, etc. Interface support with various internal departments, such as supply chain, customer support and industrial design. External supplier support, with shade supplier (ATG), switch supplier, structural supplier (Aerolia) and sidewall supplier (Diehl).

Structural test rig mechanical design and installs for BA experimental. Primarily responsible for center fuselage main landing gear area, developing hydraulic and electrical mounting provisions.
