LPCVD process

TCAD Simulation of Transistors: Analyzed characteristics of C-V Curves of twin well CMOS devices,

Mastered the modeling of reactive ion etching process and also examined the formation of fins for FinFET

Devices using Silvacos Athena and Atlas tool
