We considered different thickness of coating & bonding material and analyzed its effect on piston. From the result, optimized minimum thickness of coating required to reduce stress concentration on piston head.

Flow Simulation of Rocket Nozzle

Designed convergent–divergent, bell, duel bell and expandable shape nozzle and analyzed performance of nozzle

and fluid flow by applying boundary conditions using CFD software (ANSYS).

Analysis of Piping System Consisting of a Centrifugal Pump and a Pipe

Analyzed piping system consisting of a centrifugal pump and a pipe. Conducted a curve fit for pump operating characteristics. Optimized overall system through different pipe length and pipe diameter.
