I am a responsible and motivated person that loves thinking of new and creative ideas outside of the box. I have respect for others, an open mind and a love of life. I enjoy working as a part of a team and I am also self-motivated for working solo when necessary. I enjoy challenges and learning new things and work well against the clock.
IESE Business School, Barcelona
September 2007 – February 2013: I managed and coordinated various programmes for the international executive education department. Our participants came from all over the world to participate and my objective was to produce a seamless program from start to finish for all logistics, including programme material, for participants, staff and professors. I maintained client management before, during and after the program had finished. I wrote copy and edited text for the department’s brochures and mail shots in English. I managed the department’s social media presence on Twitter and LinkedIn. I also played a main role in the strategic plan in getting the social media project off the ground.

August 2004 – April 2006: I provided office management in a telecommunication environment for a team of high level managers and directors. I organised business events, arranged travel and visas for both staff and clients and prioritised incoming communications. I dealt with confidential documentation and company expenses and discretion was always required. It was also important for me to build up relationships with suppliers as I would negotiate contracts for the company’s IT supplies.
