My experience in reading, understanding, and interpreting plans and specifications; creating and updating schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules; administration of the work site including subcontractor direction, safety enforcement, submittals, quality control, reporting and documentation, lays the foundation for excellence in the delivered product to the client, and ensures a profitable outcome for my employer. A property owner, developer, and construction company.
Buiding 6 - a 9000 sf footprint, 2 story commercial office shell, on the last pad of a complex begun 20 years ago. The first floor tenant is an insurance company. The entire second floor is a branch of The Justice Department. These tenant spaces were built simultaneous with the shell. FBI security check.
Vanderlinden Residence. Custom home.
Canon Plaza Condominiums. Extremely high end residences on Canon Road.

Hyatt Regency at Gainey Ranch. Renovation of flagship pools, beach, and construction of new water slide, poolside café, and hardscape. Hotel was open for the entire project. DelMastro-Eells is out of business.

Aurora Central High School renovation of 200,000 sf and 88,000 sf new space while occupied by 1500 students and 150 faculty and staff. Commendation from Aurora Public Schools

The Sleep Inn. Santa Fe, NM. First in a new line of hotels in the nation. Wood frame. 99 Rooms.
The Home Depot, Las Cruces, NM. Bare ground to selling product in 5 months. Walton closed the Phoenix office on completion. Commendation from Fed OSHA, El Paso district.

Thunderbird Samaritan Open Heart Surgery and Cath Lab, Glendale, AZ. Renovation in the heart of a major hospital. $1 million, 60 days.
The WOW Store, Las Vegas, NV. 60,000 sf tilt-up from ground up retail store selling product in 5 months.
Motorola COM 1, Phoenix, AZ. 7500 cy concrete structural and architectural in 90 days for class 1 cleanroom. Jacobs/McKee general contractor.
Blue Ridge Unified School District Phase II, Pinetop/Lakeside, AZ. $12 million renovation and addition to Elementary, Middle, and High Schools while occupied, including science rooms, general classrooms, Bistro, Kitchen, new mechanical throughout, new gym, locker rooms, all weather track and athletic fields, grandstands, sitework. Joe E. Woods is no longer in business.

Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, AZ. Samuel C. Johnson Medical Research Facility. 6 story concrete and skin transgenic laboratory with full medical lab infrastructure. Beautiful building from the ground up.
Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, AZ. The centerpiece of new campus expansion includes 250 seat auditorium with simultaneous 5 language translation capacity, administration offices, and full banquet facilities. Award Winner
Robert E. McKee/Jacobs Engineering
91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant, Tolleson, AZ. 28 million GPD expansion to existing plant including new headworks, degritter chambers, partial flumes, primary sedimentation basins, aeration basins, secondary sedimentation basins, chlorine basin, chlorine building, pump rooms, screw jacks, 2 miles of 108” concrete pipe with coal tar epoxy lining, controls, piping, all formwork, all millwright work.
State Social Services Building, Denver, CO. 14 story high rise concrete shell total renovation for the Colorado State Capital Complex. Award Winner.
Centennial Airport Control Tower and Administration Building, Englewood, CO. Landmark ACI award winning structure is an 11 sided, 150 ft. tall, concrete tower atop a winged, bird shaped, elevated, concrete administration building. National recognition. McKee office closed at completion of WWTP.
