Achievements:

Transitioned maintenance program to proactive operations by a developing preventive maintenance checklists and procedures, securing diagnostic and measuring tools, and increased employee training and development. Program successfully improved operational readiness, reduced breakdowns, enhanced mechanical safety, and resulted in lower cost and increased efficiency.
