Responsible for all refrigeration equipment in the building an annual approximate cost of $80,000.

Responsible for all a/c equipment/operation in the building an annual approximate cost of $90,000.

Work closely with Metro North leaks under building, security alerts in midtown (Metro North tracks are under the Waldorf building).

Interaction with all Union shops concerning schedules/vacation/sick/personal days,

leave of absences, payroll discrepancies; Union/Shop issues/requests/requirements for Banquet functions; arranging training for all team members.

Constant Communication with outside contractors for proposals concerning various repairs for guests/permanent tenant rooms/suites and ensuring vendors/contractors receive Purchase Orders/payment/invoices……

Responsible for generator of building, pest control services, service contracts for outside contractors regarding services they provide in order to keep up with the maintenance of the building.
