Interaction with the internal team to achieve specified Goals.

Tool development of Injection molds up to part proving & approval from customer

Construction & trouble shooting of injection molded tools.

Improvement activity planning on the current Production molds for the better production output.

Preparation of the Schedule for the Improvement activity (Microsoft Project planner).

Lead entire assembly team to accomplish correction & rectification activity within the specified deadline.

Troubleshoot the defects with suitable remedies to support current production moulds to Achieve the daily targets for the Smooth supply.
