Domain: Maintenance

Maintenance Planning:

Track and monitor approved/prepared work orders from CMMS (SAP). Develop/manage maintenance activity Plans for execution effectively within timeline and budget for the asset team and other functions for maintaining /restoring Integrity and Reliability / Availability to achieve targeted hydrocarbon production. By interaction with Integrated Asset team, Maintenance Schedulers, work preparation team, and Operations/Maintenance Coordinators to develop the Maintenance plans. Input and partake in planning of area maintenance activities as well as to the Maintenance Reference Plan.

Deviation Management:

Liaise with Maintenance and relevant Technical Authorities in line with Global requirement on Deviation Management for safety critical work order if delay is expected.

Maintenance KPIs:

Monitor and track KPIs that drive achievement in maintenance planning in terms of cost, efficiency and Integrity. Promote planning performance improvement based on the KPI’s.

HSSE:

To act at all times in accordance with the Policy on Health, Safety and Environment and plan for maintenance activities accordingly. Ensure all HSSE requirements are considered in the scheduling process.

Compliance Audit and Assurance:

Provide support to maintenance benchmarking processes in line with Global requirement. Support assurance activities by Technical Authorities and Engineering.

Experienced in planning scheduling & levelling man power with planning tools like Primavera (P6), SAP ERP-3 & Impress (bridging tool for SAP & P6).

Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software Primavera

Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.

Professional Experience @ ADPCL, KNPC &HMEL

Domain: Maintenance

Processing the work orders which are created with correct work order type (MX04/MX07/MX09/MX10) against correct functional location. Processing work order operations, Man hours & Durations of each task. Process changes for PM plans as per company protocol with advice of Technical authority, Field engineer & execution team. Reservation of components, support services where ever necessary for the work. Planning work order as per PRS (Planning Resource Sheet) requirement for the jobs & reserve the components accordingly. Material under PD(purchase on demand) to be co-ordinate with procurement team as per priority of the job. Material is of ND (Direct charge) category, create PR with immediate release & update the WO user status to procurement team. Material is not codified in SAP & it is frequent requirement. Start the MM creation in consultation with TA (if required) and inform lead planner to review and approved send to SAP (MM) team, with detail materials specifications including part no or MESC code Creation of Generic PR if material is not codified in SAP & it’s one time procurement. PO is not placed Notify in weekly meeting with C&P focal Point. Preparation of required documents as indicated in work pack for work. Liaise with TA & CP Focal Points to clear the Technical Queries. Collect and review Work Preparation Feedback forms. Update Work Package Library as required.

Domain: Shut down & Turnaround

Manage all scheduling, leveling, monitoring the progress of project and update the project using Primavera P6 & MS project.

Work experience with Primavera P3E, Version-6 planning software packages.

Work experience in MS project 2010 scheduling, monitoring, updation of projects & reporting to high level management.

Analyze all engineering activities for all internal and external departments.

Follow-up with PM Plan to update the Library plans in SAP as Function location Task List.

Experience in AIM-EDMS (Asset Information Management- Electronic Document Management System) for document controlling in concern.

Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms. Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram.

Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.

Prepare required presentation for all regulatory agencies.

Identify technical specifications for materials and spare parts requirements by the use of MRP/ERP computerized systems.

Experience in Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance orders, creation of Notifications and Breakdown maintenance orders for SAP PM.

Track progress and issues in regards to meeting critical milestones and the completion dates and develop alternatives.

Tracking and reporting on critical path, keep management informed by creating standards and report.

Experience in making Baseline, histogram, resource leveling, S-Curve etc.

Work experience in Navi-track software to track the pre-turnaround, turnaround & post turnaround.

Work experience in contract strategy, report summary documentation & work pack summary for the shutdown.

Work experience in TDMS (Technical Data Management System) for document controlling in concern.

Co-ordinate with Asset Department to produce detailed implementation plans and Updates of all Equipment’s historic Records.

Experience in making close-out report & resource report for the project, shutdown & turnaround.

Deal with different types of instrumentations, Troubleshooting, loop check, calibration and solutions in order to optimize Utilization of downtime Plant.

Experience in Instruments such as pressure transmitter, DP transmitter, and flow transmitter, temperature elements like RTD, thermocouple.

Knowledge in SAP PM Module & MM module.

Knowledge in P&ID, logical diagrams, General assembly drawing & PEFS (Process Engineering Flow Scheme).
