Programme lead for the rollout of Cisco IPT and associated infrastructure globally, to include 800+ sites in 4 regions, managing teams of UBS, AT&T and Swisscom, project managers, architects and engineers in each region, deploying the full suite of Cisco products plus enhanced Skype, including video to the desktop, MS UM, Digital integration (A3), Voice Recording (Verba and Nice), Trader Voice (BT), SBC (centralised SIP via Verizon), Proteus (CDR) and replacement of all legacy integrations (H323) within the bank.
