Financial Planning and Control
Coordination, development and implementation of strategic maps, cost reduction projects and monitoring and control of the most important indicators of management throughout the organization, in order to optimize their processes and increase profits. Furthermore, the development of planning and financial statements such as GPM (Global Profit Management), cost structures, budgets, profit and loss, monetary income for the year (REME ), cash flows, chart of debts.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Reducing the cost per unit during the 2015 fiscal year by $ 2,653 for the model Hilux D / C 4x4 M / T and $ 2,410 for the model Corolla XEi A / T.

Management and coordination of all activities related to sales of new vehicles under the figure of auto fleets and direct sales, as well as planning and logistics for transportation to various dealerships. Furthermore, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the project regarding the “paper protection” of the vehicles when transferring to the dealership. In addition, I supported the development of the monitoring and control on Radio Frequency (RFID) project of all new vehicles from its production plant to its final destination to the dealer.

Efficient, equitable and controlled allocation of Toyota vehicles under the Fleet Direct Sales and Distribution unit, according to market needs and the size of the dealer network.
19% reduction in accident rates during the transfer of all vehicles.
