Managing the entire project of Hotel Comfort INN including Civil work, Interior of Hotel, procurement for agencies, scheduling work and working on contingency plans for meeting the deadlines. Managing more than 200 skilled and non-skilled workers. Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, stakeholders and Hotel management regarding work and changes, if any.
