OBJECTIVE

I have spent the majority of my professional life providing excellent customer service, both internal and external, in various
positions in the hotel and resort/gaming industry, including positions such as: Shift Manager where I was responsible for the day
to day operations and training of personnel and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, Pit Manger,
where I was responsible for a set area of the casino, training personnel and ensuring compliance, and Head Cashier, where I was
responsible for the cash assets of the entire casino, general bookkeeping, as well as Dealer and Floor Supervisor. I was a
member of the U.S. Air Force (81150, Security Police) from 1988-1992, and the Florida Army National Guard (81b,
Draftsman) from 1986-1988. Honorably Discharged.
