Presentlly, I am working in EVEREST INDUSRIES LIMITED under contract of NIRAN ENTERPRISE in Fabrication department as supervisor since 1st nov 2015 to till date.

Previously, I am working as a supervisor in M/S ISGAC HITACHI ZOSEN LIMITED at dahej since 1st oct 2014 to 31st oct.2015 under contract base (H A Fabricator). Process equipment like pressure vessel, reactors ete. Heavy fabrication engineering company.

Previously, I worked as a supervisor in DEEPAK NITRITE LIMITED at dahej in project piping and structure fabrication,erection work under contract base (shree rang fabricator) since 3rd march 2014 to 30 sup 2014.

Previously, I worked as foreman plater in DRYDOCKS WORLD DUBAI(U.A.E.) in fabrication department since 24th apr 2013 to 6th oct 2013 .

Project: Fabrication of Solan sub sea water tank and Dolwin 2

Resposibilities:

Conduct tool box talk daily

Man power handling and supervision

Fit up as per drawing and wps

Follow up with material controller for material

Prepare document related to qc and update daily progess

Prepare timesheet and target sheet daily.

Previously, I worked as Production engineer in ABG Shipyard Ltd (offshore division) Dahej, since feb 2010 to 16 apr 2013.

Study Block Drawing & also confirm Block detail drawing with Structure Class Approved Drawing

Raise technical query from drawing

Drawing Release for Fabrication & Material Issued to Contractor as per drawing.

Prepare job sequence and welding sequence of job.

Provide Technical Support to Contractors for Easy Execution of Job.

Resource provide to contractors for manufacturing

Planning of Rig Blocks Fabrication work according to Erection sequence.

Preparation of Production Schedule for Rig Block Fabrication

Material and Manpower Planning in such way that Rig Block/ Project completed in time and in minimum total cost.

Check the Fit up of structure & get Clearance from QC department for Welding.

Check the Quality of Structure prepared by Contractor on Site.

Offer block to the Quality Department for Dry Survey & solve the comment and Get Block completion approval.

Clear the Contractor’s Bill from Technical Side on Monthly basis.

Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Monthly Status Report

Motivating contractors to complete the job within time following the quality procedure.

Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets for the complete process of manufacturing.

Looking for Shifting and lifting of the major part of RIG, like SPUD CAN, having weight of 350 MT.
