Worked to establish and implement policies and procedures to optimize the production process and maximize efficiency to achieve a better bottom line thru all aspects of the operation including business management, accounting and costing to IT services.

Bookkeeper / Operations Manager - ANDA Industries / HAB Industries. Allentown, PA 1996 - 2014

Bookkeeper functions encompassed accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, cash management, and related treasury duties. Monthly and quarterly local, state and federal tax filings. Worked closely with accounting firm for preparation of year end financial statements and tax reporting.

Operations Manager worked closely with company General Manager to establish and implement policies and procedures for about 100 employees. Performed all human resource duties including workers' compensation, insurance, and benefit administration. Responsible for all aspects of office management including Network and software administration
