Directed all risk and safety functions as it relates to pre and post hire criteria directed at the overall reduction of injuries.

● Reduced injury spending by more than $1.75 million in two years. RIECHMANN TRANSPORT, INC. -- GRANITE CITY, IL 1998 – 2002 General Manager, Director of Risk Management

Develop operating policies and procedures including capital improvements and P&L. Facilitator to all activities pertaining to the application and implementation of ISO 9002 Program. Submit bids, review quotes and approve carriers during the insurance review process, including Workers Compensation, Health, Dental, Life, AD&D and Long/Short Term Disability. Responsible for reviewing and approving all customer contract agreements and rate quotation schedules. Monitor operating reports specific to all profit and cost centers including off site terminals.

● Hire and appoint department managers.
