Business development

Responsible for Profit & Loss of the BU., monthly basis analyze and report

Monthly basis report, BU’s production targets, safety, quality, efficiency.

Responsible for relation with BU’s clients, external and internal.

Responsible and conducts audits yearly basis from company’s corporate level and at client’s request

Responsible Lean principles implementing,maintain ‘’Gold level of Lean Excellence’’

Quarterly basis report about savings and status submitted to divisional level.

Responsible for company’s engagements in respect of legal requirement EHQS.

Production

Managing and coordinate +10 white and +80 blue collars in:

Planning department, 2 planners, 4coordinators, 1raw materials stock keeper, 1 Kan-Ban warehouse stock keeper (supermarket principles),1 lean engineer,2spiders tools &materials, running ERP system Axapta, for planning, production card releasing and follow-up. Code bar system for production confirmation, material and tools.

CNC stamping department consist of 16 automatic machines,1 slitting and 1 rolling stripes machines,40 operators, managing +4000 die tools and realizing over 100kpcs and 250 c/o weekly, under EN ISO 2768-1class f and 2class H or specific client’s requests.

CNC turning department, consist of 15 automatic and semiautomatic turning machines, 1 CNC polishing machine, operated in multiple service by 8 operators,over 250kpcs weekly, in a portfolio of proxy1500 different articles .

Polishing department, CNC machines and manual operating,10 operators

Platting lines (electro-galvanic), operated in barrels (1line) and frames (3lines), realizing Zn-Fe surface treatment 120kpcs weekly with 12 operator.
