I started in customer service. I was responsible for activating pagers,

setting up customer accounts and troubleshooting any problems. I was

promoted to national accounts program facilitator after just one year.

I was responsible for several national accounts that had 50-200 pagers

each. I kept track of each pager and which employee was assigned to

the pager. I was responsible for troubleshooting problems and replacing

any malfunctioning pager in a timely manner. I also kept the billing up-

dated for that account.
