Production Supervisor / Manager
The IPACKCHEM Group manufacture plastic bottles for the food and chemical industries. Eg: Coke, Pepsi and Ketchup/HP and for the agrochemical industry, reporting to the Operation Manager.
Managing the timely co-ordination of related activities to secure safe and effective productive operation.
Responsible for the recruitment, management, training and development of 20 multi-disciplinary team members.
Resolving any issues that may arise, working closely with the HR department when necessary.
Ensuring maximum production quality and highest customer satisfaction ratings ie. Right first time every time.
BRC/IOP and ISO 9001:2008 maintained by all members of staff.
Supervising the production team ensuring all tasks and paper work are completed correctly and accurately.

Now I am dealing with all staff planning rosters, organising delegating engineering/maintenance jobs and managing the whole production process.

TP Moulding formally TPC Telford Printer Consumables, manufacturing Epson printers housing ribbon and Ink Cartridges, TPM Telford Precision Moulding is part of Shimizu Group specialises in manufacturing automotive components for companies including but not limited to Honda, Toyota, BMW, Jaguar, VW/Audi, Caterpillar and Fiat. My role was similar to above however with the product being printer consumables with TPC and car components with TPM.
Key Achievements:
Started as Injection Moulding Machine Operator and progressed to Shift Manager due to exceptional performance within the business.
Undertook the injection moulding setting and processing course becoming an expert in this area.
Undertook HNC Business Management – passed in 2001 with good grades.

Production Processor
Charge-hand of a large chiller, Supervision of 4 staff reporting to the Production Manager.
Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety and hygiene.
Organising and liaising between the slaughterhouse and the Production Process department.
Documenting and tagging the quantities, dates and locations of the slaughtered animals stock within the Chiller.
