As a professional having thirty-three years of experience in project management, supervision and carpentry, I have successfully managed over 1.75mm square feet of commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects. With experience in construction management and implementation, varied projects range in size from 40,000-360,000 square feet. Project superintendent responsible for construction, commissioning and project close out of public schools and educational facilities. Providing direction to employees and prime contractors to maintain project compliance and adherence to labor agreements, Department of Community Affairs, local/state building codes and public safety.
Schedule and coordinate all production activities, resources and manpower in accordance with the CPM. Conduct weekly production meetings and develop look ahead progress schedules. Maintain all project communications and resolve all conflicts and scope changes. Attend all administrative progress meetings and review monthly payment requisitions.
