Solved distillation column operations problem to resume Elvanol® plant
operations which had been severely curtailed for one month.
Elvanol® Technology Representative on proposed license agreement with
Japan for used of partially hydrolyzed Elvanol® Technology.
Networked with national gravure printers to solved a rate limiting ink swirl
problem on the Butacite® gravure tinting line.
Worked globally (US, Germany, Korea) on Butacite® quality programs
both external (Q1, TQM, Pentastar, QS9000 etc.), and internal (PQM, CUSUM, etc.). Installed a successful LAN for quality control, eliminating the need for a more expensive CQMS mainframe system.
