Thomson Reuters sold their Healthcare line of business in June of 2012. The Healthcare business was acquired by VERITAS Venture Capital and we became Truven Health Analytics.

Led team of 10 to design, build and implement a new website for Truven Health with a timeline of 6 weeks. In parallel I was tasked with standing up an intranet to support the internal communications of the entire company of 15,000 employees. I did so with no budget and with a team of 3 dedicated employees. I kept the team motivated and we hit our deadlines, budget and software goals. We saved the company $1.6M in consulting and licensing fees and missed business opportunities.

Organized, developed and implemented CMS for a company wide web solution. Establishing work flows, security and custom solutions to solve business, personnel and technical issues.
