Abbeyfield provides accommodation and support for people over 55 years old. My main responsibilities include:

Leadership and membership of the main board

Management and financial accounting including year-end accounts and budgets

HR function for 300 staff including recruitment, selection and payroll

Represent Abbeyfield to all external bodies including the Welsh Government, local authorities, and health boards.

Ensure monthly reconciliations are performed on a range of control accounts.

Produce the year end accounts for 3 companies.
