I have worked for many years in transformer field services and disposal. I am a highly motivated individual and strive to perform all tasks to the best of my ability. I enjoy learning new things and always look forward to the unique challenges brought by each new day. Through my experience in the transformer industry, I have become an expert on diagnosing problems on operational transformers by analyzing the oil test data and reviewing the physical condition of these units. I have consulted with numerous clients providing service recommendations and/or suggested courses of action. I have also been involved in a number of projects that involved the disposal and/or remediation of transformers and oil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls or PCB. Over the years I have become an expert on the EPA regulations regarding this material and have also consulted my clients on the proper ways to handle and dispose of PCB fluid and impacted articles.

Throughout my career at EPS Industries, I have been able to be involved with many aspect of the operation of the business. As the Vice President, I manage the day-to-day operations of the companies we manage. During my tenure in this position, the company has reduced overhead by making the operations more efficient and also cut wasteful spending. We have also to introduced new product lines and increase service offerings. EXPERIENCE:

EPS Industries (Managing Company of Environmental Protection Services and Power Substation Services) – Wheeling, WV October 2001 – Present Vice President (November 2012 – Present)

• Manage day-to-day operations of a small business operating three companies. These companies include EPS Industries, Power Substation Services and Environmental Protection Services.

• Provide leadership and direction for the company and its almost 50 employees.

• Perform strategic planning for both the short and long term to ensure the future success of the companies managed.

• Perform project costing, budgeting and cost analysis.

• Increase the efficiency of the metals processing furnace reducing the operating cost by nearly 50%.

• Increase the efficiency of the oil processing equipment which resulted in an overall increase of 25% per month.

• Manage the selection and implementation of the company sponsored health insurance and oversee the administration of the health insurance.

• Oversaw the development and implementation of new software for the tracking of materials, record keeping and billing. Once the software was implemented, there was a 10% increase in the production of the administrative staff.

• Perform time studies to determine the overall efficiency of equipment and oil processing. These studies have been used to increase efficiency in the equipment recycling operation and have resulted in overall cost savings.

• Implemented a new 401k provider for all three companies. This change resulted in less fees being paid by the employees and more money going directly into their accounts.

• Instituted daily managers meeting to facilitate communication among all departments and divisions.

• Developed and implemented Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all employees working on project in the field.

• Manage and troubleshoot the Windows based network including wired and wireless users.

• Manage corporate email accounts and communication with ISP.

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot approximately 20 workstation PC’s (DOS, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 10).
