Analyze customer problems, design, present, implement and maintain effective solutions. This includes
customer site visits, setup of test systems,root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, creation of
project documentation (e.g. quality assurance checklists, technical procedures, bill of approved materials) as
well as production training/handover.
o Mitsubishi MRC wind turbine controller repair program generated ~$12,500 in revenue since first
shipment (project still in progress).
o Siemens Simatic S5, S7 & Simadyn D control system part source program generated ~$30,000 in
revenue in first 6 months of rollout.
o Barco Olite (large outdoor LED video display system) power and data distribution 'Controlbox' repair
program brought us a new large customer and generated ~$20000 in revenue in first 4 months of
rollout.
o SKIDATA thermal parking ticket validation unit repair program generated ~$8000 in revenue the first
year of rollout.

o Batch creation of 200+ motor and 800+ instrumentation commissioning packs for new recycling plant
using Microsoft Office Visual Basic to autonomously search for and dump particular data from an
Excel spreadsheet into a particular commissioning checklist template in Word which was then saved in
a particular location under a unique identifying name and finally printed before moving to the next
record.
o Completely designed and documented a plan for the replacement of 60+ obsolete variable
frequency/speed drives (VFDs/VSDs) for site standard models in anticipation of forthcoming failure.
o Modification of original design and commissioning of paper machine drives from PLC to Metso
SCADA control as part of automation standardize/upgrade project.
o Design, programming and commissioning of switching over 80+ boiler instrumentation loops as part
of automation standardize/upgrade to ABB 800Xa.
o Transformer oil temperature transmitter source, wiring design, automation programming and final
commissioning for condition monitoring purposes.
o Lead project manager and commissioning of a paper machine camera system for break diagnostic
purposes.
o Mill wide audit of transformer enclosures, switch rooms and switchboards across site to match
company condition review documentation and computer maintenance management system (CMMS) to
site single line power distribution diagram.
o Mill wide location (using P&IDs) and tagging of all critical Major Hazard Facility (MHF) assets.
