Project History:

Mobil Producing of Nigeria, Ecket, Nigeria June 2013 – October 2013, Project Controls Execution Planner for the Subsea Pipeline Inspection Program. Diameters and lengths range from a 4” 2.3 kilometer fuel gas and a 42” 35 kilometer crude to a 12” 134 kilometer Primary deliverable was the development of the Execution Plan Template for pipeline inspections. Other deliverables included the updating of the master schedule using Primavera (P6) via periodic review with managers and engineering leads and by referencing various field status documentation. CH2M Hill, an EPC(Engineering, Procurement Construction company) Hanford Nuclear Facility, Washington, May 2009 – April 2011 Project Controls Senior Scheduler Primary function was schedule development for pipelines to a Level Four for tracking engineering, procurement, and construction. Aided and directed two junior schedulers in coding and development for their respective areas in order to maintain alignment with the WBS and the SOW (Statement of Work). Updated progress through weekly departmental meetings and meeting one on one with the appropriate individual engineers and construction superintendents and reported on the impact of schedule variances. Issued the Plan of the Week (POW) and look ahead schedules to all stakeholders in conjunction with the review and approval of the Project Director. (Contract)

West Africa Gas Pipeline, Chevron, Accra, Ghana, October 2008 – March 2009, Project Controls Lead Cost Engineer The consortium consisted of seven partners spanning four countries, 600km offshore, 55km onshore, compressor station and 5 terminals. Subs were T&M and Lump Sum, 6 currencies. Developed cost reports to reflect progress measurements (earned values), actual to date vs. estimate cost at completion. Maintained commitment and invoice registers, reviewed, validated, and approved progress invoices for EPC subcontractors thru field verification of quantities installed. Supervised one field scheduler and two quantity surveyors. Acted as rotational Lead for the Project Controls Dept in the absence of the PCM. (Contract)

Chevron, Houston / Seoul, September 2007 – January 2008, Contracts Cost Engineer in Claims and Litigation Chevron – Hyundai Escravos LNG Project Phase 3 – Onshore, Lagos, Nigeria. Responsible for processing of contract claims. Assessed cost and schedule change impacts for cost overruns and reviewed invoices for validity and applicability for contract relief.
