Responsibilities

Inspection of all First off and Last off samples from every Factory order. 3 daily Inspection audits of product in production from every moulding press running to ensure quality of parts. Support the Quality Engineers in applying inspection techniques, knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Systems.

Measurements of mouldings as per customer request and record readings on the SPC chart. Segregation of non conforming parts found during any production run to avoid any contamination of parts. Coordination and reporting of relevant failure of parts to Quality Engineer and take correct action and put in place the corrective action.
