Load bulk meat logs produce product by preparing and packing cooked product for shipment with a safe-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety culture for the benefit of the company and its employees. Alert line operator of stopping or stalling of machine, place required number of packages into box. Inspect individual packages for proper quality specifications at a rate 21 -40 per minute. Ensure boxes are filled per required levels, label boxes as evidence of proper inspection. Place completed boxes on pallet ensuring proper pallet configuration. Maintain clean and sanitary manner at all times. Inspect equipment for sanitary conditions, inform supervisor if any food safety issue is observed that could lead to contamination. Working in freezing temps and slippery frozen freezers and tight areas to move around safely but at a reasonable rate to move products. Awards and Acknowledgements
